We want your Sunseen sunglasses to reach you quickly and safely. Here is everything you need to know about our processing times, delivery times and costs.

Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Delivery times are estimates and run from dispatch, not from the order date. They may vary with the carrier and during busy periods. Any shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Before you order

  • Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct.
  • Once an order has been sent to our fulfilment centre it can be hard to change. Contact us as soon as possible at support@thesunseen.com if you need to make a change. This does not affect your 14-day legal right to cancel, which still applies after delivery.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, any import duties or taxes are set by the destination country and may be payable by you on arrival. Please check your local rules before ordering.

When goods are our responsibility

Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you. Risk passes to you only when you, or someone you have nominated, receive the goods.

Delivery problems

Damaged or incomplete: if your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please keep the packaging and contact us at support@thesunseen.com within 5 business days, with clear photos and your order number.

Lost parcel: if your parcel is lost or does not arrive within the estimated time, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and offer you a replacement or a full refund.
