Your satisfaction matters to us. If something is not right, we are here to help. This policy sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them.
You can return your Sunseen sunglasses within 30 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Returns are free: we provide a prepaid return label and cover the cost of return postage for you. This is in addition to your statutory rights set out below.
To be eligible, items should be in resaleable condition, undamaged, and returned with their case and packaging. Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation) is needed to process your return. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.
Once we receive and check your returned item, we will refund you to your original payment method, without undue delay and within 14 days. Where you return a full order, your refund includes the standard delivery cost you originally paid. If you chose a faster or more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of our standard delivery only. We may reduce a refund to reflect any loss in value if the goods have been handled more than was necessary to check them.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days, starting the day after you receive your goods, without giving any reason. Our 30-day free returns policy goes beyond this minimum. To cancel, contact us at the email above, or use the model cancellation form below. After cancelling, you have 14 days to return the goods.
You may use this form if you wish, but you do not have to.

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at support@thesunseen.com with your order number and a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. We will cover all costs, including return postage.
If you are a consumer in Australia, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If you are in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 applies. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies those guarantees, and you remain entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for faulty goods.
Our 30-day free returns apply to you in full. The United States has no federal cooling-off period for online orders, so our returns policy is your main route. In Canada, your provincial consumer protection rights also apply, including in Quebec.
If you would like a different colour or style, the quickest way is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. If you would prefer a direct exchange, contact us and we will arrange it within the same 30-day window.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer in your country of residence.
